Fitness Training At Baladi Fitness we are commited to making you stronger, faster, fitter, and leaner but you will have to work for it. Intensity is the shortcut to results and routine is the enemy so every day you will be challenged with a different workout. We encourage you to not focus on your physique but rather on your fitness level. Yes, your waist will shrink and your booty will look great but we're more concerned with how much weight you can lift or how fast you can run. Our participants notice observable gains in strength and speed within months, sometimes weeks. To balance the intense workouts, we encourage all our participants to practice Yoga, Belly Dancing, Bellyfit, etc. This will not only help in sculpting your physique, but bringing a sense of focus, calm, and fun is essential to maintaining a healthy and successful fitness regimen. This is particularly important for women. Women must learn how to connect with their bodies, to honor their bodies, and to take pride in their strength and beauty. Jeanette is a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, Group Fitness Leader, and she has also attained CrossFit Level 1 and CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting Certifications.

Individual Training is by appointment only. Just like you would if you were having your hair or nails done.
PRICE
$125 per month for Small Group Fitness Training and unlimited Group Fitness Classes
$50 per hour for Individual Training
