BellyDance
 
Get to know your body and how it works.  Tone from the inside out.  Find and use deep muscles that help sculpt a woman's body.  We've been working hard to bring you a therapeutic and effective workout that is fun and cultural, using the momentum of your body to create the moves.  This class is easy to follow, and you can't help feeling the strength and grace of this beautiful workout.  An increase in strength and flexibility through the hips, shoulders, chest, and abdomen are often noticed after the first few weeks. Additionally, improvements in posture, balance and coordination are not uncommon. It also has the potential to help women and teens suffering from body-image or self-esteem issues. Although participants are encouraged to challenge their bodies, the purpose of the class is to have fun, laugh, and to just feel great while being active!
 
 
 
 
 
BellyDance Workshops
These workshops are designed for beginners but all levels are welcome.  In this fun-filled two-hour session you will learn the basics of BellyDance.  Whether you're trying it for the first time or you just want to practice your skills, this is the session for you!  Classes are kept to a minimum so as to allow for individual attention.  Reserve your spot now!  If you would like a workshop in your area, please contact us for more details.
 
 
 
 
 
Bellyfit
 
Bellyfit is the evolution of Fusion Fitness for women.  It is a full body, full of spirit, highly effective exercise experience, offered in a traditional group fitness format, for women only!  Each class is a seamless fusion of movements inspired  by the science of Western fitness, the style and beauty of Cultural Dance and the transformational power of ancient practices & wisdom of the East. (Please bring your sneakers and your own yoga mat)
 
Zumba
 
Zumba is a high energy and fun fitness dance class.  With amazing latin music and moves, you will merenque, salsa, and shimmy yourself into shape without even realizing you are working out!  In a no stress, all fun atmosphere come dance with us and work your waist and hips and leave feeling energized.  All fitness levels are welcome - no experience necessary.  Join the Party!
 
Kettlebell Basics

A kettlebell is a cast iron ball with a handle on it. They are a great fitness tool for athletes, dancers, and regular men and women who just want to be in the best shape of their lives. Kettlebell training is for anyone willing to try something different (not new, just different).  The implications for developing phenomenal fitness are undeniable.   

In this 45min class you will learn and practice the proper technique for handling the kettlebell followed by an intense workout designed to challenge all fitness levels from novice to expert.
